Christian knows his stuff and was true to his word -- got me in (my car 328is BMW ) in 10 mins.on Thurs. Got over to my job and he was finished with my car by lunchtime!! CSM addressed my issues and assessed my car with any upcoming items that may be a problem -- and changed rear backup lights he found faulty! Thx Christian -- also for the use of the loaner car!!
