I just bought a used BMW and was looking for a reputable shop for an oil change and inspection. Based on reviews I decided to try CSM and requested a next-morning appointment online, not thinking I would get it. I did, and I received the exact time I asked for, within 2 hours of sending the request. The next day I met Christian, we discussed the car in detail, and I left it with him. Four hours later I received a text that my car was done. I paid the invoice online (very reasonably priced) and received the paid invoice via email. So easy! When I picked up the car Christian walked me through what he found, what we need to keep an eye on, and sent me along with knowledge and new oil. I must admit, I look forward to my next oil change.
