Service Appointment was available within a few days. My situation was not an emergency, so it was fine to wait, especially since I called during the holidays and was seen by January 2. I arrived, knowing that I would be waiting in the waiting room while work was being done on my car. It was very clean and comfortable, but in cold weather make sure you bring a warm coat because the waiting room is very cold. Other than that. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Customer service is excellent. The work on my car, was efficient and quick in the timeframe I was promised. Pricing was competitive and very fair.. Absolutely no problems and I will be using CS Motorwerks again.
