My old mini service business went out of business so I needed to find somewhere to take my car for a regular service. I chose this business because they had great reviews. The reviews didn’t lie. I received wonderful service. It turned out rodents had eaten through wires causing all kinds of problems, they took photos, consulted with me giving me options and fixed my car for a reasonable amount. I’ll keep going back because honest, nice, competent mechanics are a good thing to have.

I bought a low mileage used 2019 530e. I didn’t do a pre inspection figuring it wouldn’t have shown much. But I did take it in to Christian at CSMotorwerks when I noticed something was off. Long story short I returned the car with CS’ help. Great easy going folks here. Thank you guys!!!

The CSMotorwerks shop is well organized, clean, professional, the owner, Christian, really gets it. I previously serviced my BMW and Audi at the dealerships. The BMW dealer refused to give me a loan car on a service call, so I decided to find a new shop. I am so glad I did, one of the services that both dealer and CSM performed, CSM was 65% LESS! I just had the 60K mile service performed on the Audi, remarkably less than dealership pricing. My 8 year old BMW is starting to have lots of little things break, I am so happy I found CSM to keep it going rather than the expense of a new car.
