My Audi started running on 3 cylinders, shaking and obviously no power. Chris ran the analyzer and determined it was a #4 cylinder spark coil. It was replaced for a very reasonable amount compared to the estimates I had from the local dealer! This was my first time to use CSM, but will continue, they’re very honest & responsive
