So professional, fast and honest. I was told by BMW I had to replace my entire engine for $37k, brought it to CS Motorwerks, and they discovered within hours that there were simply electrical faults and got my car running again without any issues. With and old change and brake flush I only paid $600. Incredible!!

Christian and his guys at CSM are pros. They have helped me with my old BMW E30 getting it back in order. This shop is professional, clean and beautiful and the guys know their stuff. If you have a BMW and need it looked over, CS Moterwerks is the place.

Great Personal customer service

Excited to work with Christian and his team for our new-to-us 2024 Mini JCW. The CSM website was very clear to create a service appointment. Then emails and texts guided each step of the way from appointment confirmation, to reminders, to service estimate, and payment. Easy peasy. In addition to the amazing software, the lobby is gorgeous- looking more like a hotel than an auto repair facility! Christian met us both times at drop off and pickup, welcoming us and making sure we had all of our questions were answered. All of this great, comprehensive service for an oil change 🌟.

I’ve been using CS Motorwerks services for years now. They never disappoint me. Trustworthy diagnosis, reliable work, and fair labor charges are the best descriptions of this place. The shop is clean and looks like a showroom. They also offer snack and drinks in the waiting area. However, I hope I don’t have to see them again soon :-)
