CS has worked on two Audis for me and have been excellent to work with. Fair, prompt and courteous. Christian explains the problem and solution clearly and offers options on how to proceed. Refreshingly he does not recommend the most expensive option immediately and suggest intermediate steps when appropriate that can solve a problem at lower cost. Good luck getting that at a dealer!
