Westlake Village European Auto Repair

Christian has been my mechanic as well as friend for about 15 years. He is honest and fair. I’ve started purchasing my tires from him as well. I give my highest recommendation to him and will continue going to him as long as I drive. BTW, I’ve never given anyone the praise I am here.

Professional team and service

Been a customer for over 5 years now and have nothing but praise and appreciation for Christian and everyone at CSM. The communication and customer service is exceptional. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service and it was fairly priced

Amazing service! Christian was super patient and gave his advice on what he thinks on a solution. Would definitely go here again.

Took my Mercedes ML350 in with a few blaring issues. They had next day appointment which was helpful. It did take many hours to get a diagnostic phone call and email with the suggested work and cost. Very modern system asks you to approve/deny work/cost. We worked with Christian to fix all mandatory issues and set up appointment for the other work needing to be done. They take credit or debit with a 3% fee for credit charges. The building was clean, modern, nice. I'd go back.

Good auto mechanics are hard to find and Ive found them at CS Motorwerks. Ive been there about 3 times now, and every time they are friendly, on time and reliable. They have great customer service, are never pushy, and listen to my needs. Thank you, and I will definitely return when my car needs you!

The best !

I’m happy to highly recommend CSMotorwerks! Christian was professional, honest and helpful by diagnosing a problem with the battery. Easy and efficient fix for my BMW! I appreciate the great customer service.

Hey, what can I say. From the moment that I spoke with Christian and walked into his immaculate shop I knew that I had found my future mechanic. I have never used a mechanic outside of the BMW dealership due to fear but these guys put all of my fears to rest. Love the service, very very fair pricing and very knowledgeable. I will not be going anywhere else for car services! This place is awesome and the reviews speak for themselves!!
